They are fastened in the upper part on a waterproof zip and are mounted to the piping by velcro straps. They have one pocket, match HEED crash bars holes and suit their appearance. The fabric may soak on the seam in case of a heavy rain. The lights brackets are made of durable polymer and are attached to the pipe with a clamp.
